CARE AND USE

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends and public holidays.
If we have a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please wait extra days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
DELIVERY
If the item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 3 days of placing your order.
If a piece of jewellery is out of stock and has to be made to your order, the lead time is 14 to 20 days.
UKRAINE
Free delivery throughout Ukraine is carried out by company Nova Post up to 3 days .
Delays in delivery may occur from time to time.
Important! We do not ship jewelry to Russia and Belarus.
